It features an open desktop structure, meaning you place your laptop between the screens to expand your workspace without clamping onto your laptop. Its standout feature is the ability to power both screens with just one full-featured Type-C cable.

Will it damage my laptop screen or hinge?

No. Because it doesn't clamp onto your laptop, there is zero contact and zero pressure on your screen or hinge. Your laptop stays safe while you get dual screens.

What is the main difference between P7 and P7 PRO?

The P7 PRO supports single-cable connectivity to light up both screens, significantly reducing desktop cable clutter. The standard P7 requires two cables to light up both screens.

Does it fit my laptop size?

Yes. Thanks to the open desktop design, it perfectly fits all laptop sizes—from compact 13" ultrabooks to large 16" gaming laptops. No disassembly or modification is needed.

Does it work with MacBooks and older laptops?

Yes. It is perfectly compatible with all Apple Silicon MacBooks (M1, M2, M3, M4, M5, and newer chips). For older computers without a full-featured Type-C port, you can connect it using the USB-A to Type-C cable included in the box.

Which operating systems are supported?

How do I connect it to my laptop?

It depends on your laptop's ports.

Option 1 (One-Cable): If your laptop has a Full-Featured Type-C or Thunderbolt 3/4 port, simply connect the included USB-C to USB-C cable from your laptop to the P7 Pro's full-function port. One cable handles both video and power.

Option 2 (USB-A + Power): If your laptop uses standard USB-A ports or older devices, use the USB-A to Type-C cable. For the best performance and optimal brightness, please also connect the power adapter to the PD port.

Why is the screen dim or flickering when connected?

This usually means the device isn't getting enough power. When using the USB-A connection method, the laptop's USB port alone may not provide enough power. Please make sure to connect the included power adapter to the PD port for optimal brightness and stability.

Do I need to install a driver before connecting?

Yes. Driver installation is required for first-time use. Please plug in the included USB flash drive, install the driver, and follow the video guide. Note: The driver only supports Windows and macOS.

Can I use the P7 Pro without the power adapter if I use the Type-C cable?

Yes, if your laptop's Type-C port supports DP Alt Mode (video output) and sufficient power delivery, the single Type-C cable can light up the screens. However, for the absolute best brightness and stability, we recommend connecting the power adapter to the PD port.
